In September HBO will begin airing their new series, True Blood. The show stars, all grown up and blonde, Anna Paquin, as Sookie Stackhouse, who has the unusual gift of being able to hear the thoughts of people. The show, which takes place in Louisiana, two years after, the Vampires, have "come out of the coffin." Which means they are living amongst us. Now this should make for an interesting show.

The cast also includes, Stephen Moyer, (the hot guy from last summer's, The Starter Wife) as the town's first Vampire resident. Moyer is English in real life. But, they decided to make him Southern, and not English. Personally, I think he would have been hotter with that accent instead of the southern one, but that's just me.
So, this brings us an interesting question, Horror Club. Are vampires kind of sexy? Before you answer, think about Interview with A Vampire. Tom Cruise, before he was crazy. A young, hot Brad Pitt, and let's not forget, young, smoking hot Antonio Banderas was also in that movie.
Sexy or am I sick? It's probably both, but anyway.

Shudoo
I wouldn't say sexy, intriguing maybe... regardless, I like this show you featured, going to have to check that out!
1the only sexy vampire I have seen is Mick St John from Moonlight. The others overdo the makeup and I am just not into that.

3i agree with jennjenn!
4Bram Stoker's Dracula with Gary Oldham as Vlad was very sexy when he wasn't all made up to be gross. The scenes with him wooing Winona were very hot. Mick St. John, oh my goodness! Leaves me breathless... I mean speechless. Brad Pitt in Interview? HOT! Going further back, Frank Langella (sp?) did a nice job as a sexy blood sucker. But the sexiest vampire is Edward from Twilight. If you haven't read the books, treat yourself. They are the most exciting and romantic books (vampire or otherwise) that I have ever read. I can't wait until the next book comes out! The movie of the first book should be released soon as well.
5Vampires have always had this aura about them..
6The sexiest vampire I have EVER seen [and I have watched every vampire series and movie I could] is Mick St. John of Moonlight. OMG!! I am now ruined for any other. I will be his willing freshie forever.
I think the vampires of 30 Days of Night was by far the sexiest!!
7Scott Speedman-Underworld
8Gerard Butler-Dracula 2000
Brad Pitt-Interview with a Vampire
Stuart Townsend-Queen of the Damned
I think these vampires are sexy but I have never seen Mick St.John!
That's a hot list Kimmanne. I was telling someone the other day about Dracula 2000. That's the first time I noticed Gerald Butler. My thing with Alex O'Loughlin (Mick St.John) is I can't get his character from the Shield out of my head. But, he is hot though. You girls are making me want to start watching Moonlight.
And LOL there Dragonfly! And yes, Gary Oldman and Frank Langella were great vampires. And we cannot forget Hot Mugshot Sutherland from Lost Boys!!
Style Before Comfort!
9My my these list of hot vampires are quite impressive. I do think most vampires are sexy (Ok so maybe not in full on feeding mode). I think that what makes people hot for the idea of vampires (at least on screen lol Have you seen the "real life" MSNBC stories? Yuk) is the innate sexuality of the Vampire and the act that creates a new one. The biting of his or her victim usually looks at least like a very carnal and sensual thing. And no I'm not talking about the 30 Days of Night vamps. I think they were just hungry. lol
Some days it's not even worth chewing through the restraints.
10errr not for me
11Don't forget Buffy's David Boreanz as Angel and James Marsters as Spike. Vampires can definitely be sexy.
12I have to check out Moonlight!
13i have the biggest crush EVER on vampires! they really make me think things.. they are freeeeekin sexy!
14Umm for sure! Have you read the "Twilight" series?
Oh and of course Brad Pitt in
Interview with a Vampire.
